CYFM-W Series

Water-based window laminating machine is a full environment-friendly laminating machinery, it uses environmental protection of water-base glue, which can be put film (BOPP) or polyester film laminate with print. Products has a high degree of transparency, good dimensional sense, and easy to stick. There is no snow, and non-foaming, non-toxic, and tasteless. The products are widely used in windows packing carton, textbooks, book cover, pictures, calendars, product samples, packaging carton mounted plastic, which is an ideal equipment to improve print quality.

Features:

1. This machine uses Feida automatic paper feeding instead of traditional manual paper feeding; and is equipped with pre-coded paper Mechanism to improve production efficiency; the host adopts frequency converter with stable performance.
2. The paper feeding part is driven by a servo, which is accurate and reliable; adopts four-roller double pressing, the product quality is stable and reliable.
3. Adopt high-precision front gauge and side gauge paper to automatically align to improve the precision of laminating;
4. The front and rear stacking position of the paper is adjustable, and the paper length and stacking position can be set on the touch screen, which is easy to operate;
5. Glue can be automatically supplied by the program, and immersion coating is used to make the coating more uniform and save glue.
6. Equipped with a high-precision automatic punching knife, which is convenient for pulling off directly after covering the film;
7. Equipped with paper counting, easy to count the output; equipped with automatic shutdown of empty sheets;
8. The paper conveying adopts suction belt to prevent the phenomenon of distortion;
9. The electrical system of the whole machine is stable and reliable, and the important components adopt advanced components to ensure the reliable performance of the system.
