CYSG-800 Automatic UV/WB Coating Machine. Material type: Paper feeder, main machine (reverse with wind knife), drying path, paper feeder, Closed circuit TV display, PUC control, linkage of whole machine.

Features:

1. Feida automatic paper feeder can adjust the parameters according to the paper size.
2. Equipped with a high-speed offset press dedicated feida head (Accurate and smooth paper feeding)
3. Air pump adopts no oil pump.
4. There are suction and wheel pressure under the paper feeding table.
5. Main engine wallboard cast iron structure, 6 paper inlet belts and 2 paper outlet belts with suction underneath.
6. The coating roller adopts the rolling extrusion oil and reverse oil (the latter is used when making dumb oil and tissue paper).
7. The paper feeding position is equipped with optical fiber probe for accurate memory of paper feeding.
8. The coating cots are equipped with optical fiber, in order to protect the cots, the paper will automatically stop.
9. Thin paper USES air knife to blow qigong energy, optical fiber and encoder to control solenoid valve.
10. The oven is equipped with a standard of 5 meters (customized according to customer requirements). The oven heating lid will automatically rise and fall when the machine is shut down or started up.
11. The mesh belt is high temperature resistant and automatic edge correction.
12. Part of the paper receiving machine: 6 strips of paper feeding belt (with suction) are pressed into corrugated form with the upper pressing wheel to improve the paper receiving effect, and there is qigong blowing energy below.
13. The touch screen adopts manual automatic integrated screen switching (The device can be operated manually or automatically)
14. Automatic intelligent identification system (When the machine runs automatically, the oven heating, fan, temperature and oil quantity can be adjusted appropriately according to the product)
15. High-precision sensor detection system (It can accurately detect empty sheets and double sheets, standby or stop according to different situations)
