Process: Auto cup feed feeding → Auto Straight filling twice (Silicon pipe nipping and release) → Auto Fill Roll rewinding → Twice Hot Sealing → Auto Cutting → cup coming-out
Features:
- PLC and human-Machine interface touch screen, easy to maintain the parameter and detecting. If accident, then machine alarm and precaution and stop
- Chain, Gear is made of stainless Steel.
- Mould (20# aluminum with sour resistance)
- Hot sealing is controlled by warm-keeping system (AUTOSCR)
- Auto Position correction is controlled by Multi-direction Axis on the hot sealing
- Frame, Surface, Column of machine is made of Stainless Steel 304
