This machine adopts an automatic bottom paper suction feeding system, allowing the top paper to be stacked up to 1.5 meters high at a time with automatic rising, eliminating the hassle of frequently moving the top paper. Paper feeding is easier, adding bottom paper is more convenient, and efficiency is higher. It is suitable for laminating color-printed top paper with corrugated paper and color-printed top paper with grey board paper.

Main electrical configuration: Fully computerized touchscreen control, Panasonic PLC, Invt servo drive motors. The main unit's pressure conveyor uses Delta frequency converter control (Taiwan), features automatic glue application control, glue-out alarm, counting, and count-reach alarm functions.

 

Main unit: Sprockets and synchronous pulleys are high frequency quenched; synchronous belts and pulleys are products of a joint venture in Xiamen; positioning belts utilize Italian technology.

 

Main unit pressure conveyor: Frequency converter control is from Delta (Taiwan); conveyor belts utilize Italian technology.

 

New servo laminating machine total length: 9.8 meters, including a 4-meter main unit, a 5-meter pressure conveyor, a 0.8-meter paper receiving table, 28 pressure conveyor shafts, 8 positioning belts, 3 synchronous pulleys, and 1 synchronous belt.

5. A fully automatic glue replenishment system automatically replenishes lost glue during bonding and incorporates glue recycling to prevent glue waste.
6. The scientifically designed linear speed of the glue-applying rollers ensures uniform glue application while preventing glue splattering during high-speed operation.
7. A glue roller cleaning system ensures thorough cleaning of the lower rollers, preventing glue residue on the back of the corrugated paper and eliminating the hassle of frequent doctor blade replacements.
8. A floating, movable press bed ensures that the corrugated paper is not flattened after lamination while maintaining the flatness and straightness of the cardboard.
9. An independent water tank controls water circulation for cleaning, ensuring thorough cleaning and preventing glue buildup.
10. Single-sided roller pressure adjustment allows for quick and easy adjustments when changing the base paper size; simply turn the roller to the desired setting without testing the pressure of each roller.
