LQD8D Saddle Stitching / Gathering Machine
The LQD8D Saddle Stitching Line consists of a gathering machine, a saddle stitcher (with detection mechanism), a three-knife trimmer, a book collection cart, and an electrical control box. It can also be optionally equipped with a ZYDY440E cover folding and gathering machine. The saddle stitching line offers high speed, low cost, and reliable performance. The binding process is controlled by PLC and sensors, which detect and track defective books (missing or extra pages) and automatically sort them, ensuring a high level of automation.
