As a multi-purpose machine, CYFM - 1050 L could do water-based adhesive coating, oily adhesive coating, no-glue film, and pre-coating film. It has several advantages of compact structure, small footprint, easy operation, simple maintenance. The machine adopts frequency control, PLC central control and human-machine interface display. It formed by manual paper system, film supply system, coating system, film tension control system, film cutting and punching system, hot pressing composite and composite clutch control system, the paper sets system. This machine could realize composite different width and thickness. The composited printing through the winding mechanism, would be harvest roll- roll papers or directly manual cutting.

Features:

• Main engine adopts a large drum to conduct the electric heating. without hot air circulation and hot air compensation (using modular Promise automatic temperature control, temperature automatically generated based on the production rate), the temperature control system ensures a constant temperature by the light box hot air knife device, which hot air uniform pressure to the film surface and drying glue speedy. It truly realizes efficient energy-saving function.
• Rocker arm of hydraulic oil cylinder is used in the main pressure roller pressure, greatly reduce the using failure.
• Hot roller adopts the heat conduction of oil heating method.
• Pressing roller adopts high temperature resistant material, it could use for a long time without degum and crack.
• High precision coating rubber roller and fractioning rubber roller, radial range within 0.005 mm.
• With paper out Host automatic stop.
• Light box temperature control adopts the infrared probe to ensure the temperature control error smaller.

 

Special Functions Introduction:

• PLC: The complete machine adopts PLC to control comprehensively and operate.
• Display operating situation on color screen which provides point contact function to set operating data.
• The drying drum can dry the water-based glue quickly with the assistance of external hot air. During the production, its complete drying speed can reach 40m/s of water-based glue for the purpose of saving energy and high speed; the main bonding steel roll adopts conduction oil to heat with less temperature error of roll surface and better effect of constant temperature; it’s applied to laminating of water-based glue and no-glue film.
• The automatic clutch of main bonding roll is controlled by automatic hydraulic pressure station to complete the throwing-in and boost of pressure on the basis of paper skipping situation, which can avoid to produce many batches of rejects caused by unstable pressure; the pressing roll of coating parts adopts photoelectric tracking to control throwing off automatically on the basis of paper feeding situation, which can realize the stop of machine when lack of paper and automatic and pneumatic controlling of throwing-off(pneumatic) that can realize autobrake and auto-tensioning of film (pneumatic) after the automatic throwing-off. This function can avoid the coated system involvement after the throwing-off of film, which may cause the failure of coating roll accuracy.
• Magnetic tension structure of main engine film placing frame can adjust the tension of film automatically but should avoid 1. The lap and moving to one side of film caused by loose tension and 2. Curly, stretch and coarctation of film caused by tight tension; the bend drum shall be fixed additionally to support the coating without lap.
• The roller placing film adopts air shaft which is easy to operate and can change films quickly; the halt electric eye shall be controlled by paper lack (paper lack interval can be adjusted) with longer service life, the paper-off monitor is fixed in front of the main engine bonding roller. When there is a breaking between two pieces of paper, the machine will stop with alarm, which can effectively avoid the winding up roller trouble caused by paper-off and empty.
