This part used to heat and dry facial tissue in order to control temperature and moisture of facial tissue.

1. The pre-heater diameter: 1000mm/1100mm.
2. The pre-heater meets the Chinese national standard for class 1 pressure vessels.
3. There are 3 types of the pre-heater: servo, constant, fixed.
4. Pre-heater & wrap roller are hard chromed. The raw paper gets the equal heat.
5. Pilot roller: one fixed; the other one traveling upon outside of pre-heating roller. The position of paper’s guide roller by motorized adjustment. Electric wrap arms allowing a greater ranger of wrap angle from 50°-320°. Generally put the paper through the upper pre-heater, it is better for pre heating.
6. The direction-changing roller of the core paper pre-heater has an elastic roller structure, offering even tension of raw paper.
7. The fixed pre-heater can be adjusted upon the abrasion.
8. Energy-saving draining system.
9. Paper spray system is optional.
