RD-XLF-80DT Paper Bucket Forming Machine
The RD-XLF-80DT high-speed paper drum forming machine features a tabletop layout, separating the forming and transmission sections. The transmission section is housed in a frame beneath the tabletop. It utilizes a longitudinal shaft drive mechanism, cylindrical indexing cams, and gears. All transmission components utilize shower lubrication. The forming mold is mounted on tabletop for easy cleaning and maintenance. The entire machine is PLC controlled, with photoelectric tracking throughout the entire process. The base paper is fed by a servo system. RD-XLF-80DT is suitable producing salad bowls with a diameter of 150mm and above and a size of 1000-1800ml. By changing the mold, the size of the paper bowl can be changed from 70 ounces to 170 ounces, which has a wide range of uses, such as KFC buckets, etc.
