Electric machine work synchronous with above bridge traction and the main electric machine with frequency conversion control.

1. The machine adopts external-suction fingerless type design.
2. The assembly of upper and lower corrugating rollers is installed or removed in a whole set, so it can be replaced rapidly.
3. The material of the upper and lower corrugating rollers is 48CrMo, laser induction hardening & hard chrome plating, harness is HRC58-62. Tungsten carbide corrugated roll is optional.
4. Glue applicator device can be electric laterally removed as whole, easy for maintenance.
5. High precision digital read out for the gap between glue and doctor roll, gap is electric adjusted, PLC auto adjusted is optional.
6. Glue width motorized dividing to match the paper width.
7. There is a face paper pre-heater and conditioning steam injector for core paper which installed in the machine.
8. A frequency conversion motor is used to supply power, realizing step less speed adjustment and reliable and synchronous interlock with the following devices. The frequency converter used is an international famous brand product with stable and reliable performance and low failure rate.
9. Independent gear box, gimbal axis, oil immersed type lubricating to reduce noise, keep running stable.
10. All bearings of the upper and lower corrugating rollers and pressure roller and lubricated with high-temperature lubricating grease.
11. Paper cutting down device is optional, the speed is more than 15 m/min, if it detects that the core paper is off, it will separate the roller and stop the motor.
