High-speed Extrusion Film Laminating Machine
This series of machines, its products use paper/plastic film/woven fabric or aluminum foil as substrate, through coating film one time compounded to be two-layer/three-layer (sandwich composite) or multi layer become new products. This new product used to make packing products, for example: paper cup / drinking cup / ice cream cup / noodle bowl / forage packing bags / adhesive tape / snack box and non-woven bags.
- This machine is adopt PLC man-machine interface centralization of control.
- It’s integrally designed with machine, electricity and gas system.
- It is adopt T-die with high precision, high speed and efficient mixing screw, the swift-changer hydraulic screen, the sandwich unwinding frame which can rotate within 360-degree.
- This machine can be suitable assembled with a single extruder, double extruders, multi extruders to realize multi-layer co-extruding.
