SKA-811 Single Shaft Single Knife Cutting Table
Suitable the adhesive tape of high-grade to slitting. Such as: 3M, Nitto, Tesa, SONY and other brands of Mylar, acetate cloth, reinforced copper tape to slitting. Suitable for mass production of the double-sided adhesive tape, industrial tape, electrical tape, textured paper tape, finger, green tape, foam tape, 3M tape, protective film and no glue material cutting.
- Cutting knife seat positioning: shift the domestic brand servo drive, and is equipped with high precision ball screw drive, high precision square linear rail bearing holder, move around the stationary and adjustable speed, cutting the size of positioning accuracy; error of plus or minus 0.1 mm width.
- Frequency conversion control: cutting spindle and circular knife spindle by inverter stepless control, high efficiency, energy saving.
- The 3 way: "feed a pneumatic feed, hydraulic feed for customer selection, with which is stable, adjustable speed.
- Data processing: 4 "touch screen man-machine communication data input, operation in coaxial, can be set to one of 5 different cutting specifications, PLC programmable controller as the central data processing, automatic cutting.
- Blade size: 6 inch or 8 inch round knife (150mm or 200mm circular knife), special size can be made according to customer requirements. Circular knife cutting angle can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different materials.
