Feeder

• Feeder head adopts a leaflet continuous feeding-paper which simple and stable, feeder head adopts a universal transmission which can be easily adjusted, pile height 1.8 meters.
• Feeding table adopts worm gear & worm for lifting, and double protection of caps lock switch and brake motor of lifting stand.

Bridge convey-section

• The cover paper and bottom paper pushed by the latest two section double pawl design, prevent paper deformation, ensure that the fitting precision.
• Phase regulator without stop machine, can conveniently accurately adjust the advance and retreat of cover paper for papers fit together properly.

Corrugated paper stand

• Air suction belt type feeding paper mechanism, which's stable and reliable.
• Corrugated paper table with collecting filtering dust device, can absorb the dust of bottom paper, avoid blocking switch and air blower.
• The 2nd active feeding paper device, ensure that paper to be in accurate position, which paper will not be broken by pushed claw.

Up-glue laminating section

• Stainless steel anilox roll paste glue evenly, to adjust the glue volume the bottom sheet draught by handle, which evenly paste glue on the bottom paper.
• The cover and bottom paper laminated tightly by front and back press-rollers.

Press-conveying section

• The movable upper pressure conveying mechanism, make full use of the space of conveyor according to the size of the product.
• 6 meters pressure conveying section which the paper fit more firm & smooth.

The whole machine drive

• The power source with inverter motor, to ensure that the different speeds based on different product required.
• The whole machine main transmission section adopts plastic-steel teeth and a tooth shaped belt, which reduce noise, reduce the mechanical loss to ensure accuracy, the maximum speed of the machine mentioned 100 pieces/minute.
