YLL-3AW fully automatic water-based PP film lamination is using none-fixed point clutch with new type of feeding machine for feeding paper. Feeding time can be determined automatically in order to reduce the waste of paper. Vacuum suction pump sucks and feeds paper at a stable speed and low noise. The operation is a stream flow mechanism design that could produce paper interruptedly and does not waste
PP membrane saving time and energy. The specially designed ruler – Harry, is suitable for feeding paper of all sizes and thickness as well as precision position lamination, which makes excellent paper quality and easy to operate. The drying equipment is using new hot wind design and drying mechanism that could enable P.P. film reach dry state within the shortest time. The rotating blade and pulling wheel of automatic cutter could precisely separate and tear off papers laminated together and feed paper with high durability belt. Paper sorting is convenient and easy.
