YLU Fully Automatic High-Speed UV Spot Varnishing Machine For Both Thick And Thin Paper (Solvent-Based / Water-Based).

1. Adopt newest type of high efficient feeder and vacuum bump to enable to provide paper stability and reduce noise. The special Mechanism for paper rectification and cooperate to proceed spot varnishing be fast and accurately.

2. Adopt gripper system to convey the paper and use as high speed printing structure, chain drive cooperate to track convey achieve safety and stability. Both thin and thick can be modulated for UV spot varnishing according to it’s required performance.

3. The feeder, gripper paper receiving and stacker are running with coherent operation system. Satcker system adopt with vacuum circuit to cooperate to mechanism perform to reducing noise and stability. Paper size can be exchange easily and sampling randomly. 

4. The UV lamp case has three lamps per set designed with the electronic circuit system. When paper delivering that the lamp will all turn on automatically. In other words, without delivering paper that it’s system will switch on semi-auto status to ensure the life of lamp and save the power consumption. There is stainless steel convery net under the lamp case which running cooperate to the main engine. In case that the paper fall down that the conveying grip will delivery paper back automatically where it falled. It’s can be avoid paper burning due to being illuminated by lamp.

5. The oil pressure control roller use as reverse rotating system and it’s unique characteristic are as below:
(1) Hydraulic pressure control adopt newest rubber roller system. No need to press rubber on purpose, harmless for rubber rolroller. It’s attached guage as well.
(2) By controlling the density of coating can reach to completely oil less on rubber roller.  
(3) The reserve rotating design helps the dust on paper surface to be removed and flow back to oil tank become precipitation.

6. The special cooling system is to ensure the paper quality won’t be influenced even caused overlapping and will not damage after the varnishing process.

7. The pressure roller adopt high-speed printing type with single adjustment. It’s also equipped with oil pressure guage and no need to adjust back and forth because of oil density on both left and right side different.

8. The matrix designed with up and down style, it’s can save the problems and time of outdated style. And matrix paper rectification can be adjust by four sides and able to cooperate with rubber plate to perform with accurate UV spot varnishing.
