ZT Series 2 Layer Air Bubble Film Machine (single screw)
The main material are LDPE and LLDPE
This machine can produce 2 layer of bubble film (flat film+bubble film), the extruder is single design. Polyethylene air cusion film (also called air bubble film), which is divide into two type: ordinary air bubble film and composite air bubble film, it’s a kind of packing material which had been widely used at present. It have good shockproof and waterproof performance, but also has such advantages as good corrosion resistance and transparancy, etc. So it have been widely used for post parcel packing, precise instrument packing, auto parts packing and furniture packing etc.
