Scrool Grooving Machine
This machine is specially designed for notching V type groove, use for industry-cardboard, Ash-cardboard, MDF board and other type of cardboard. It adopts new way of transportation principle. Wrap the cardboard on the entire surface of the roller (the diameter is 60cm). It can guarantee the groove more accurately, no deviation and straightly. The machine has the features of high accuracy, fast speed, and durable cutting blade.
After notching, the surface of cardboard is very clean and no dust The machine is very economical, total power is only 3.7KW only and has low noise The machine can produce about 1000 pcs boxes per hour The cutting blade can cut 10000-18000 sheets one time, then you should sharpen the blade and it takes 2 minutes only. The sharpen machine is included with the machine and very easy to operate The cutting degree is adjustable The machine could groove any thickness from 300gsm-3.6mm without any adjustment
