GV-1080/1300 UV full-sized coating machine, with the coating roller driven by the servo motor, the independent variable frequency motor drives the metering roller to achieve reversing or veering coating; the machine has an integrated intelligent control over all sections. The machine, which features multifunctional application as well as accurate and even coating, suits various kinds of sheets coating with water-based varnish or UV-protection oil. Optional: Powder removal assembly, cold-wind drying device, ceramic metering roller, etc.

Performance and Characteristics:

1. Feeder: Accurate and fast sheets feeding, precise control
2. Coating: The metering roller is driven by the independent variable frequency motor. Adjust the rotating speed for a better coating effect.
3. IR hot-wind drying: Fire and crack resistant Teflon conveyor belts; the thermostatic system for fast sheets drying with low energy consumption.
4. UV curing: Electric UV control system automatically adjusts the power according to the speed. Heat and crack resistant Teflon conveyor belts.
5. Automatic stacker: Automatic pneumatic high-speed stacker with a sheets counter.
6. Anilox roller coating: Enclosed squeegee system with the high-precision anilox roller for coating. Optional: ceramic anilox roller.
