Sheeton Offset Inline Inspection System
Sheeton is integrated on offset printing machine to perform inline print process inspection of various products such as printed cartons, packets, leaflets and booklets for industries of pharmaceutical, cigarette, daily consuming package, and so forth.
- Support for various offset printing machines, such as Heidelberg, KBA, KOMORI, MITSUBISHI
- Max. inspection speed is 15000 pieces/hour, adaptable to normal printer speed
- Less than 3 min to set up the master, rapidly apply to production, less than 1 min for the product with master to start inspection
- Sound and light alarming for defects, making defects, defects statistics, and generating inspection report
