JS Series Upgraded Plastic Injection Moulding Machine

YAN HING GROUP didirikan di Hong Kong sejak tahun 1950 dan telah berpengalaman lebih dari setengah dekade dalam produksi mesin plastic injection. YAN HING GROUP telah bekerja sama dengan PT. EKA MAJU MESININDO lebih dari 30 tahun dalam memasarkan produk-produk YAN HING di Indonesia secara eksklusif. JS series adalah mesin plastic injection dengan kapasitas lebih besar dan komponen yang ditingkatkan (upgraded). Biasanya digunakan untuk mencetak barang ukuran besar.

Clamping Unit

  1. Highly accurate and rigid nodular graphite casting steel platens designed through CAE finite element analysis ensure optimal requirement of clamping
  1. Five-point vertical double toggles and chrome-plated high tensile tie-bars give stable platen movement and sufficient clamping force
  1. Clamping speed is largely increased over 80% by adopting differential hydraulic circuit
  1. Extended daylight opening and enlarged platens allow accommodation of bigger moulds
  1. Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical safety devices are all employed to ensure safe operation
  1. Prompt and accurate change of every mould closing/opening stage ensures smooth mould travelling and mould protection
  1. The application of self-lubricating bearings in platens, cylinder rods, guide rods, etc. can largely eliminate wear of mechanical parts and thus prolong machine life

 

 

Injection Unit

  1. Nitrided screw and barrel
  1. Productivity can be increased by high speed and high pressure injection and plasticizing
  1. Double hydraulic carriage cylinders ensure secured contact between nozzle and mould and prevent nozzle leakage
  1. The design of T-shape slide-way for movement of injection unit results in highly stable operation
  1. Special design of screw check valve and digital screw back-pressure control allow the best plasticizing result in both mixing and melting

 

P-3 Controller

  1. European-made and specially designed computerized controller Plastronic-3, P-3, shows all operation parameters and allows memory storage of 500 moulding data sets. It also gives warning messages in case of malfunction
  1. 8 inches large LCD monitor with Chinese/English character interchangeable display
  1. Direct input of pressure, speed, position, time, moulding temperature and functions
  1. 6-stage setting for injection pressure, speed and position
  1. 3-stage setting for injection holding pressure, speed and time
  1. 2-stage setting for plasticizing pressure, speed and position
  1. 5-stage setting for mould open/close pressure, speed and position
  1. 2-stage setting for ejection pressure, speed and position
  1. Highly accurate potentiometers monitor mould, screw and ejector position
  1. Injection volume detection and screw prevention of cold start
  1. Built-in PID temperature control program and solid state relays in heater circuit give accurate moulding temperature and durable control circuit
  1. Independent heater temperature malfunction monitoring device to prevent barrel overheat
  1. Computer sequence safety protection monitoring to prevent abnormal mould closing
  1. Sequence control for accumulator, automatic dual core pulling, unscrewing device, dual air ejectors"photo-cell detector, extractor, etc"
  1. Pre-setting product count
  1. Injection and mould data can be saved in computer or memory card through USB

 

Hydraulic Control

  1. Use of highly efficient Japanese-made variable displacement piston pump can save energy consumption up to 50%
  1. High pressure and high speed performance can be achieved by employing large displacement pump driven by high power electric motor
  1. Use of imported hydraulic valves ensures highly precise moulding
  1. Hydraulic blocks are mounted close to the actuators to reduce discrepancy
  1. All-time hydraulic oil filtering
