TGB Series

Gravimetric Blenders are extensively configured to handle two of up to six different components by dosing & blending in total throughput from 5kgs/hr to 1000kgs/hr; generally including virgin, regrind materials, master batch and other various additives. The series adapts precision load cells to make batch blend resulting in a highly accuracy within ±0.5%. (accurate tolerances are varied according to batch to batch blend ratio). Full wide range of this series can satisfy versatile requirements on high precision blending.

1. The next batch is weighted simultaneously while blending
2. The controller features with automatic feedback function which can compensate the differences from the presetting values automatically during the dosing cycle.
3. All models can be mounted onto machines directly or can be put next to machines
4. This series is suitable as central blenders to control several machines (standard) .
5. The maximum 6 different materials can be processing simultaneously. Module dismantle design can save space and easy cleaning.
6. Autoloaders are available for selections to convey material automatically. Gravimetric / Volumetric mode can increase throughput.
7. All material contact surface are made of stainless steel to avoid material contamination.
8. Gravimetric accuracy can reach ±0.3%. & Security password levels and alarm history record
9. The audio & light alarm can remind technicians to go to faulty machines immediately for solving malfunctions soon.
