ZH-3800DSG Semi-Automatic Two Sheets (A/B) Carton Folding Gluing Machine
The machine is used for folding and gluing of two separate (a, b) sheets to form a corrugated carton Box. It is running steady with strengthened servo system, high precision parts, easy for installation and maintenance. It is widely used for big carton box.
- Feeding section: Feeder is controlled by two separate servo motors; also with the help of suction design (paper is feeded by several thick belts and feeding motors). Feeding is continuous, accurate and efficient with this system.
- Connection section: Designed with 2 separate servo motors, to guarantee paper position fixed and connected in good condition
- Gluing section: three sets of gluing units. Two sets of gluing units are for supplying parallel glue line to connect two sheets, one unit supply hot melt adhesive and another unit supply cold water adhesive, The third unit is for supplying side glue to form carton box. Those gluing units make the carton stick stable and firm.
- Folding section & Pressing part: Manual folding, then feed box to pressing part.
